1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QAAura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and enterprise customers.
2. Description of Service
QAAura is an AI-powered browser test automation platform that allows users to record browser interactions, generate test scripts, run automated tests, and manage QA workflows. The Service includes the web application at app.qaaura.com, the Chrome browser extension, and the QAAura API.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features of QAAura. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@qaaura.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use QAAura only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: use the Service to test systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code; use automated tools to scrape or overload our infrastructure; resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent; or upload malicious code or content that violates third-party rights.
5. Subscription & Billing
QAAura offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as specified at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
QAAura and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QAAura and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your test scripts, recordings, and data. By using the Service, you grant QAAura a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of QAAura is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at qaaura.com/privacy to understand our data practices.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. QAAura does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not guarantee that test results generated by QAAura will be accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QAAura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, with each party bearing its own costs.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice at app.qaaura.com. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
